4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from DigiCare Hub service fees

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:
- DigiCare Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding 30 days
This limitation applies regardless of the claim type (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

12. Termination

Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to services may be discontinued.
