- No work has been started, delivered, or accessed
If work has already begun, the service is considered in progress and no refund will be issued.
3.2 Monthly or Recurring Services
- Clients may cancel future services at any time
- Cancellation applies only to upcoming billing cycles
- Current or already billed periods are non-refundable
Services continue until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.)
- Services already delivered or in progress
- Custom strategies, audits, reports, or consultations
- Discounted, promotional, or trial-based services
- Third-party software or platform fees
Results Disclaimer
DigiCare Hub does not guarantee:
- Advertising approvals
- Traffic, leads, conversions, or sales
- Specific rankings or ROI
- Account eligibility on advertising platforms
Refunds will not be issued due to performance outcomes, platform enforcement, account suspensions, or third-party policy changes.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a service, clients must notify DigiCare Hub by:

Approved Refund Processing
