4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure your website, products, and services comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies
• Maintain ownership or authorization to use provided content (logos, images, copy, trademarks)
• Review deliverables and provide timely feedback

DigiCare Hub is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information or lack of cooperation.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees are due as agreed at the time of purchase or invoicing

• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from DigiCare Hub service fees
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, errors, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

• DigiCare Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding 30 days

This limitation applies regardless of the claim type (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiCare Hub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to applicable billing cycles and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to services may be discontinued.
